Print

Print your logos or designs on a standard dye sublimation printer with standard sublimation paper, in reverse, making sure you have turned on your registration marks for your plotter.

Print with these settings in the Power Driver or Virtuoso Print manager:

Speed: High Speed
Substrate: Polyester Fabric
Colour: Graphics

Step1- Press

Place the sheet of SubliFlock on the press and the printed sublimation transfer image side face down on the flock. Close the press for 60 seconds at 200°c. Peel apart the too sheets immediately after opening the press.

Cut

Place the printed file in your cutter and send the cut lines to cut out your logo. It is a good idea to use weed lines in you files to aid with weeding. Weed away any excess flock, apply application tape if you have any floating letters or elements.

Step 2 - Press

Place your garment on the press and position the flock logo on the garment, cover with a silicone sheet and press for 17 seconds at 160°c.

Washing

Even though SubliFLock can be washed unto 60°c please follow the wash instructions of the garment. Always wash inside out.
