The manufacturer provides a 1 year return to base parts and labour warranty. Mug press heating elements have a 6 month warranty.
If you are within your warranty period and believe there is a fault with your heat press, please contact Technical Support. After diagnosing the fault, a report is raised with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then contact you directly to arrange collection of the press.
Subject to availability, certain manufacturers may have a small pool of loan presses. Loan presses must be requested when the manufacturer contacts you to arrange repair/collection of the faulty press.

Epson provide a 1 year warranty as standard, unless otherwise stated at point of sale. Faults should firstly be diagnosed by Technical Support before being referred to Epson. These terms apply to the following machines:
A 12 month manufacturer warranty also applies to all other Epson printers, although this warranty is invalidated if the printer has used non-genuine inks. In this instance, Epson cover the manufacturer’s warranty period on the ink delivery system, including the ink lines and print head. Sublimation systems must be kept in an environment where the temperature is consistently between 17-25°C.
As with the machines listed above, faults should firstly be diagnosed by Technical Support before being referred to the manufacturer.
In the rare event of hardware failure, the original printer packaging is required if the printer needs to be returned for any reason.
OKI laser printers have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, provided by the manufacturer (consumable items have a 3 month warranty). You should first contact Technical Support who will identify the problem and refer you to your local service centre. Alternatively, you will be advised to call the main OKI warranty line who will then go through diagnostics over the phone with you.
In the rare event of hardware failure, we require the original printer box should the printer need to be returned for any reason.

All faults should firstly be diagnosed by Technical Support before being referred to the manufacturer. In the rare event of a technical/hardware failure, Sawgrass require the printer to be returned in its original packaging should the machine need to be repaired or replaced.
Sefa heat presses are supplied with a 2 year return-to-base manufacturer warranty, covering parts and labour.

The Schulze machines come with a 12 month return to base warranty, covering none consumable parts and labour, unless otherwise stated at point of sale. Faults should firstly be diagnosed by Technical Support who will advise the necessary course of action
Please note: Brass/stainless steel nozzles and filters are not covered under warranty.
